M.E. in VLSI Design and Ph.D. in Image Processing. An AI developer with more than five years of hands-on experience creating production-grade computer-vision and multimodal-AI solutions for plant-disease detection, biometric verification, hyperspectral analysis and geospatial AI.

Her applied work uses YOLOv12, Vision Transformers, vision-language models, DINOv3, DeepFace and AWS SageMaker. She has authored five peer-reviewed publications, including a Wiley Top Downloaded Article in the Journal of Chemometrics in 2022, and works across Python, Hugging Face, FastAPI and cloud deployment.

M.Sc. and D.Sc.; Senior Lecturer in Chemistry at Makerere University, Uganda, and leader of its Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology. He earned his D.Sc. in Green Chemical Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland, in 2015 and completed postdoctoral work at Helmholtz Zentrum München in 2019.

A 2022 Georg Forster Research Fellow at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research in Leipzig, he also chairs the Uganda National Bureau of Standards technical committee for paints, varnishes and related East African products. His research covers analytical-method development, food safety, risk assessment, wastewater treatment and water-resources management. He serves as an Associate Editor of Frontiers in Environmental Chemistry and on the editorial board of Global Science Publishing.

M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellow in Italy. He is Associate Dean of Research at JSS Science and Technology University, Mysore, and previously served as Deputy Director of Research at Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation. He studied zoology at Jamal Mohamed College and earned his Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Bharathiar University.

His career includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Turin, teaching and project coordination in Water and Health at JSS AHER, and service as a SCOPE Science Officer at RCEES in Beijing from 2015 to 2017. He is a SCOPE India nodal officer and visiting professor at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. His expertise spans environmental monitoring, radiation ecology and environmental microbiology, with honours including a SERB Young Scientist research grant and a Chinese Academy of Sciences Visiting Scientist Fellowship.

M.Sc. and Ph.D.; Associate Professor and Research Coordinator in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2011.

Her research connects geochemistry with human health through the study of water, soil, sediment, dust, air and biological samples, and includes nanoparticle applications for drinking-water purification. She has published more than 120 articles and received the 2018 Gro Brundtland Award for women in sustainable development and Universiti Putra Malaysia’s 2015 Young Scientist Award.

M.Sc. in Watershed Management and Ph.D. in Water Sciences and Engineering. An Iranian water scientist and groundwater specialist, she earned her doctorate from Yazd University in 2022 and received first-rank recognition for both her master’s and doctoral studies from Iran’s Centre for Exceptional Talent.

She leads groundwater operations at Razavi Khorasan Water and Wastewater Company and collaborates remotely with the Technical University of Darmstadt, the University of Lausanne and the University of the Witwatersrand. Her work applies MODFLOW, InSAR, WaterGEMS and machine learning to groundwater depletion, land subsidence, sustainable water management and virtual-water trade in arid regions. She has published more than 20 national and international research papers.

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Master of Planning in Urban and Regional Planning, Ph.D., postgraduate diploma in Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing, and a postgraduate diploma from Rotterdam. She is Founder Trustee and Chief Planner of the Centre for Environmental Efficiency in Kochi.

A civil engineer, Town and Country Planner and social scientist specialising in sustainable cities, Dr. Mathew brings more than 36 years of experience. She has published over 10 research papers, delivered keynote addresses and invited lectures, and authored Environmental Efficiency and Carrying Capacity Indicators for Development Management Towards Sustainability.

Vinayak Viswanathapillai is a Lead Product Analyst and Product Owner with more than 16 years in information technology and over eight years focused on business analysis, product strategy and PMO governance.

He has managed product roadmaps and backlogs, authored API documentation with Swagger and Postman, and led Agile delivery as Product Owner and Scrum Master. His KPI tracking and A/B testing contributed to a 15% reduction in customer churn. He works with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL and Azure DevOps, and holds an MBA in Marketing along with Google Project Management and Agile certifications.

M.Sc. and Ph.D.; Associate Professor at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for Women (Autonomous), Perambalur. She has more than 21 years of experience in teaching, research and institutional leadership. Her 2019 Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University focused on metabolic engineering of Clostridium sticklandii for biofuel production.

Dr. Sangavai has 32 publications, guides Ph.D. and M.Phil. scholars, and has supervised more than 50 postgraduate projects. Her leadership experience includes Vice-Principal, Head of Department and responsibilities spanning NAAC, IQAC, UGC compliance and women’s empowerment. A recipient of the 2019 Best Young Faculty Award and 2021 Women Researcher Award, she combines biotechnology with an MBA in Hospital Management and works across mushroom cultivation, herbal-product development and environmental biotechnology.
